Last updated October 27, 2023
Welcome to Squibler's Affiliate Program!
We've put together some straightforward rules to ensure a fair and mutually beneficial partnership. Please take a moment to review our terms and policies:
- Self-Referrals: We kindly ask that you refrain from signing up for Squibler through your own affiliate link. Let's keep it fair for everyone.
- No Abuse or Misleading: Abuse, gaming, or any attempts to mislead will result in the permanent ban of your affiliate account.
- Coupon-Sharing Websites: Posting referral links on coupon-sharing websites is not permitted.
- Attribution Exception: In certain cases, we may credit an affiliate even if the customer didn't sign up through an affiliate link or coupon code. If you encounter such a situation, please reach out to us, and we'll do our best to assist.
- No Competing Ads: Avoid using search engine ads, especially on branded terms or domain names, as well as Facebook ads or other ads that could compete with our marketing efforts and confuse potential customers.
- No Social Media Ads: Refrain from running Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok ads that link to our website or anything that might compete with our paid marketing, increase our costs, or create confusion.
- Impersonation: Do not pretend to act on behalf of Squibler, such as impersonating an employee.
Responsible Outreach: Please do not email purchased lists or contact individuals who have not opted-in to receive communications. Avoid sending unsolicited direct messages on social media to promote Squibler. - Terms Changes: We reserve the right to modify the Terms of Service for our affiliate program at any time. We will notify you of any changes.
- Account Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account at our sole discretion for violations of these rules. Commissions generated by mechanisms in violation of our Terms of Service will not be paid or owed
